Been for a week plus attachment. To a certain extend is kinda fun. to a minor extend is kinda boring especially when having afternoon shift. Nth much to do for afternoon which resulted stoning, searching thing to do.Yep time passes slower of cos! hmm..bt my main concern is is TIRING...rahh...
Morning shift: 7am to 3pm Afternoon shift: 1pm to 9pm
Had morning shift yesterday. Felt kinda Piss with the ward sister. soo what if there are clinical teaching (patient teaching)? arent we allow to go off since our shift are over? we are just a student nurse and not ur employee. I dun mind learning extra but im really tired and what i wish is just to go home early and rest. but you, the ward sister, held mie and my other 3 friends back just becos of the patient teaching. The rest of the students are able to escape. I dislike the way you say it. Deep in your heart you wan us to stay and learn more. But you are putting in a way as though you dun mind us leaving. But when we really left, you will wrote a bad remark abt our school. I would really appreciate if you cld phrase it nicely, perhaps we would stay willingly? soo what if you are sister? isnt govenment promoting good relationship between superior and workers? why are most of the sisters gave a stupid Fu*k*n attitude and always give a unfriendly response??
In the end we off work at 3.45pm.
Staff nurse, enrolled Nurse, Patient care assistance wasnt too bad. they are pretty friendly. If you help them, they would say a thank and never fail to give you a smile. well at least it wont stop you from approaching them. with such people around us, we could learn more and better.
hmm...the patients there wasnt that bad. well, i believed every room definitely will have some trouble maker patients. Either they will make use of you or they are troublesome. what to do? like what cutie said: we can only hide behind a "mask" pretending you dun mind anything, giving them a friendly smile and serve them milo milo and more milo, otherwise bedpan. what we have to do is to Control ourself and be patient with them. Cldnt stand one of my patient, she's taking advantage of the "call bell" la...kao...keep pressing non stop, asking for bed pan like every 2 hrs? when she saw mie doing sth halfway, she never failed to request mie for sth. For example, she wanna go bath mean i must bring her to bath now. and then my work is delayed. worse, she is fickle minded and talk alot while bathing zzz... pretty hard to serve her. but well at least she is polite.

Had never felt this way, felt soo old lahh... xI
Went to bed after a hot bath and den i felt uncomfortable had 3 times diahhorea for the day Ate chinese medication and felt better. At night i felt pretty weak, i felt soo cold at my palm and foot but my upper body felt warm
In the middle of the nite,i had fever. Did cold compress and took 2 tablet of panadol before i set off to work today. Just when i was about to get out of my hse, my stomach feeling unwell and i felt weak once again. and then i skip my attachment yepp gonna make up one day =((
Slept till 12pm was feeling much better. perhaps everything had recovered. But still i need to see a doc and get an MC for today. There goes my 11bucks =((
well crap, today is a bad day for mie lahh... soo blurr lo.
Reach polyclinic at around 2pm. see a doctor, she said im alrite but she will gave mie medication. it must be taken if i feel the pain again. den i asked her if i cld go for a blood test since i consume panadol today.
she said no problem with tat, so she send mie to lab. whereby my hep C and HIV test are taken wonder why SGH need mie to do tat =.=''
well the lab people want mie to pay $21 in cash. And when they know that i need the report for SGH, the price change, cos i have to pay in full amount =.='' and that cost mie like $42? Obviously i didnt have so much cash with mie cos i bought my concession before i go polyclinic =x and i thot i would pay it using POSB card. They doesnt mind mie withdraw the amount and get back to them.
soo i went to pharmacy to get my medication and then i went to cashier to pay my bill using POSB. It cost mie like 11.20 bucks. and guess what? i realised i forgot to bring my POSB BANK CARD =.=''
so the only way is to rush home and take my card, withdraw, and get back to the polyclinic and pay them.
OMG... how blurr can i be?? thinking tat my card is with mie and i can withdraw anytime? zzz
Felt soo malu la.. is my first time not able to pay my bill on the spot ... RAHHH

Dear is not going to book out this week. He's being deployed to find the escapist x(( Soo miss him haishh
He said he would come to suntec and fetch mie from work on sat But now, it seemed impossible animore Looked like next weekend is the only time i cld get to see him. x((
thus im meeting calvin on sat for supper. He asked mie out. let mie make this clear to you people yea? Im not making him a substitute. Im not going to let the past affect our current friendship. I dun care what he see mie in his eyes. But In my eyes, he's juz my friend. There is no wrong going out with fren yea? soo yep, dun think too much abt our relationship yea? Love you gals x))
