Grandma's death

Waited for jaren to finished his exercise in bukit timah.
yep was alone in school from 12pm to 4.30pm.
Met up with him at bukit batok & head to his hse.

was watching tv with him
& decided to pack dinner back.
juz when i was to go down,
my dad called.

heartbeat pause upon hearin the news.
yep, my only grandma aged 88 had left us on 08/08/08 @ 8pm.
The only regrets was, we couldnt fulfilled her dream.
and tat was to die at home.
ambulance came too late to send her back home from sgh.

thats the only reason, which make me cried badly
& not becos of her death.

imagine my weak & sicky grandma
closing her eyes, holding her last breath, trying hard to speak bt couldnt
what she could do is just to signal you thru hand,
tears flown down her pale cheek
trying her best to ans the question of
"Do You want to discharge today"?
she tried soo hard to convey her ans to my dad's question
yet it wasnt fulfill within tat 30 mins

feeling alrite over her death was im mentally prepared
cos each month her health was deterrioting.
Thru parting, she wont hf to suffer animore.
at least, she got to see everyone after admission?
i noe my mum needed me the most.
No matter what, i will show my strong side.
No matter what, i will held my tears if possible.
No matter what, i wont let ppl around me worried for me.
