Work up pretty early in the morning..work up at 5am and left house at 6am..and reached my ward at 6.30am when i suppose to start work at 7am =x....ahhh well...wad to do? All thanks to alvin..ok la...is not really becos of him tat's why i went early...is also for myself la..First day on ward, dun wanna be late...Hopefully tat's apply to other days whereby i will be working in morning shift.
well well well, wad had i done for today? Basically i help to monitor patient's Blood pressure, temperature, pain, respiration, pulse espcially for those who need to be monitor every hour or every 2 hours. Den help to update the Input Output chart whenever they had their meals and whenever they pass urine/motion.I/O chart is my first attempt =) Then did bed sponging and changing of bed sheet and exploring how the ITE students clean the patient's buttock =) yep basically tat's what i had been doing for today...hopefully tomorrow i'm able to pick up new skills..
As for observation, saw staff nurse doing dressing for the 3 patients in orther room...aww...it's soo sick la...goosebump is all over...almost puke =x but manage to calm myself down..yea gonna be strong when seeing wound...i must get used to all these yea? basically there is 1 patient who has long stitches on his abdominal area...there are 2 patients who had pressure sores...one at the side of the abdominalpelvic while the other patients had the sore at the left side of the buttock. awww!! Wanan noe how it look like? it's darn gross la..the sore on the abdominalpelvic is like an oval shape...like touch rub shape =x den is as deep as chilli plate... =s and is reddish and abit of yellowish...As for the buttock one is as round and as big as a cup...imagine it occuring on the butt and when you sit...OMG!! it gonna hurt a lot man...

OMG OMG!!! Guess what? Suddenly feel that ang mo is soo fantastic man..=x They look darn cute and cool la.. There is this male doctor who is ang mo...gosh..he's my eyecandy...ahhh!! He's darn cute... >.<'' He's just too attractive la...the moment i pass by the room, his image just attract my attention..LOL... ahh but well my theory over ang mo is still the same... "Nice to see, Not nice to touch" =x
My difinition of touch is not molesting..For goodness sake!! wad i meant is never get into a relationship with any ang mo...unless you had a gold heart who is willing to share him with other girls =x

Off work at 3pm...darn happy...wish everyday is morning shift..only morning shift i'm allow to rest in peace and have activity after work. Went home straight, bath and took an hr plus nap...i was darn tired...super tired..wish i cld just sleep till the next day..but haha...nah...had event at nite...met up with JJ for dinner in cineleisure...is my first time meeting him after his nite out...aniwae Intend to take my pay de since i'm in town..but the counter was close by the time i reached the hotel...stupid nia...
Gosh...JJ was sick since monday la...think is becos of the brownie and cookies tat i had made for him...must be too heaty liao tat;s why he had cough, flu and now slight fever and headache..haiyoo...felt darn bad la...
ohh yea...he bought mie beancurd from duno where.. i gt no idea why he keep buying mie soYa bean milk and beancurd like almost everytime we met up =x yea i noe i love beancurd and soYa bean milk la..but it's just soo funny...=x aniwae the beancurd is nice =)
